Running your business, it is crucial to have a grip on all your finances and not just keep an eye on the bank account. Review your cost base and remove any unnecessary costs. All planning will include a financial plan or else you are playing Russian roulette with your business.
2. Review your competition.
Knowing who your competitors are and what they are doing will give you a good idea of what your customers or clients are seeing. This will help you identify key areas of value to change in your business.
3. Know your strengths.
Do you know what your customers love about your business? If not, why not? What your customers love about you will tell you what they value. This will help with customer acquisition and retention planning.
4. Time for change?
Life doesn’t stand still, and neither should your business. Identifying what change is needed to keep ahead of competition and keeping your business relevant should be a constant. Being comfortable with change is a must. Being proactive here really will set you apart from most business owners, who look to maintain and consolidate. Don’t be like most business owners.
